DCIF Statement on increased persecution of Baha'is in Iran

The Dublin City Interfaith Forum (DCIF) shares deep concerns about the increase in the government-led systematic oppression, discrimination, and violent intimidation against Iran's Baha'i citizens over the past few weeks. The homes of Baha'is are being demolished, their land confiscated & over a hundred Baha'is have been arrested. DCIF urges the international community and Human Rights bodies to call for an end of this persecution as Freedom of Religion or Belief is a human right essential to the peace and well-being of all societies, one which DCIF holds dear and works to support.
